CRUSADE LONDON – EVENT TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket purchases for events organised by Crusade London ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:

1. EVENT DETAILS

All tickets grant entry to the event specified at the time of purchase, including date, time, and location (e.g. The Orange Room, Stratford, London).

Event details may be subject to change where necessary.

2. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

No refunds will be issued for refusal of entry due to failure to meet these requirements.

4. LINE-UP & PROGRAMME

All line-ups, set times, and performances are subject to change without prior notice.

5. TICKETS

Tickets are non-transferable unless stated otherwise

Screenshots or duplicated tickets may be rejected

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets

6. REFUND POLICY

All ticket sales are final.

Refunds will only be issued if:

7. EVENT CHANGES & CANCELLATION

8. LIABILITY

Attendance is at your own risk.

Crusade London is not liable for:

Personal injury (except where caused by negligence)

Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

9. MEDIA & CONTENT

By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed.

Crusade London may use this content for:

Refund Policy

CRUSADE LONDON – REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Crusade London, including event tickets and physical products (merchandise).

🎫 EVENT TICKETS

All ticket sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

Change of personal circumstances
Late arrival or inability to attend
Line-up changes or adjustments to set times
Refusal of entry due to failure to meet event requirements

Tickets are only eligible for a refund if:

The event is cancelled in full, or
The event is significantly rescheduled and you are unable to attend the new date

In the case of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date unless otherwise stated.

🧢 MERCHANDISE / PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

For physical items, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags (if applicable)
Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or use will not be accepted

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-returnable items include:
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care
Any product marked as final sale (if clearly stated at purchase)
🔁 EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return your order (if eligible) and place a new one.
